Farmhouse Holiday Series - Our Fall Dining Room

Today in the third installment of the Farmhouse Holiday Series hosted by Ella Claire, we are going to be sharing our dining room decorated with a fall look that would also work well for Thanksgiving dinner! We were so thrilled to be working with our AllModern on this post. Although I love the blues and grays we usually have in this room I thought for this setup it would feel a little more "autumny" to remove the grayish blue drapery panels and tufted bench and some of the other blue accents we usually have in this room and bring in more some more wood tones as well as some more gold and copper touches.

I had been eyeing this huge gold rimmed Bronwyn Mirror from AllModern for quite some time now. I love the antique finish on it and the size and color worked perfectly in our space!

I love how copper looks in this room especially for fall and winter. We love the way this Hammered Copper Pitcher  and these Mule Mugs look in here and I love the size of these mugs!

And how adorable are these little 2 oz. miniature ones! They come in a set of 8 and although they are technically little shot mugs I think most kids would love them too. My girls think they are so cute and they make great little mugs for apple cider.

You can get a better feel for the beautiful antique finish on the mirror in this image.

I don't know about you but I absolutely LOVE soup and get so excited when the weather starts cooling down. I got so excited when I saw these AllModern Soup Bowls and Saucers. I love their simple yet elegant design and they are the perfect size for all my favorite soups including this Butternut Squash one.

I also like how the gold in our "Every leaf speaks bliss to me..." sign mimics the gold from the mirror.

  1. Just beautiful!! Your style is an inspiration to me. I have always loved wingbacks at the ends of dining tables but how do you prevent spills or cleanup spills from food on them?

    1. Thanks, Megan! They eat most of their meals at the kitchen table or out on the porch, and use the dining room mostly just for special occasions so cleaning/spills hasn't been much of an issue so far.
